Please note that all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Late Charge Policy: A late charge will apply if customers arrive more than 15 minutes late. • Late by 15-30 minutes: Additional 30% of the session fee • Late by more than 30 minutes: Additional 50% of the session fee We enforce this policy strictly as our sessions run hourly. Late arrivals impact the following session and other customers’ experience.
