Cancellations are not permitted. However, you may reschedule your booking if you contact us through email (kcraftstudio.uk@gmail.com) at least 48 hours in advance. Each guest is allowed to reschedule once only. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

A late fee will apply if you arrive more than 15 minutes late: • 15–30 minutes late: An additional 30% of the session fee • More than 30 minutes late: An additional 50% of the session fee We strictly enforce this policy as our sessions run hourly. Late arrivals disrupt the following session and affect other customers’ experiences.

Please do not light the candle immediately after taking it home. Wait at least five days for the wax to fully cool to room temperature. Our products are intended for decorative use only. We are not liable for allergic reactions or accidental ingestion. Keep candles out of reach of children. Always use a glass or candle holder when lighting. When lighting the candle, use a long lighter to minimise the risk of wax reactions, and avoid holding the flame too close to your face.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, service, or account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. In such cases, we shall not be liable for any compensation, refund, or damages resulting from the cancellation.

Age Requirement ​ For all our classes including candle making, the minimum age requirement is 6 years old. Participants aged 6 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that both the child and the accompanying parent/guardian are required to purchase a ticket to attend the class. For example, if a group of four attends and two of them are accompanying parents/guardians, all four individuals must purchase tickets.
